Personal Training

Personal training can help you meet your personal fitness goals in a one-on-one or small group environment. Work with any of our great trainers in an individual setting or with a partner. A personal trainer guides you through a mix of cardiovascular, weight training, stretching and resistance training. Sport-specific training is also available.

To best satisfy individual comfort levels, members may choose their personal training setting from indoors, outdoors or even virtually. To schedule, we ask that you contact your fitness director directly:

One-On-One Training

A certified Personal Trainer will guide you through a mix of cardiovascular, weight training, stretching and resistance training. Sport Specific Training is available.

Partner Training

Work with any of our great trainers in a group setting of two participants. Excellent option for parent and child, spouses, friends and teammates. Training with someone else gives you added support, extra accountability and maximum motivation.

Small Group Training

Training is better with a group! Get motivated and inspired by a trainer working with a small group people.

Synergy Room

Quakertown | A workout space separated from the fitness center with all the specialized equipment you need to workout in a small group.Classes in the Synergy Room are all about a team environment where both your trainer and fellow participants support, motivate and challenge each other to reach your highest potential!
