Zane Moore, President/CEO

Zane Moore is President/CEO of YMCA of Bucks County. Under his leadership, the separate YMCAs from Lower, Central and Upper Bucks County were combined forming one county-wide Y.  This new association is comprised of five membership branches, four youth education centers and one outdoor camp facility serving over 60,500 community members each year and providing more than $5M annually in charitable community benefit. Moore serves on the PA State Alliance Executive Committee and chairs the PA YMCA Opioid Addiction/Substance Abuse Task Force. Moore has served as the chair of the YMCA Cities Group CEO Conference for CEOs across the northeastern U.S. and has chaired the PA YMCA 7th Grade Initiative Task Force and PA YMCA Public Policy Committee. He also serves on the Y-USA national board Regional Committee on Membership Standards as a representative CEO and on the Y-USA Strategic Planning Committee. He was elected to the Y-USA Inaugural Leadership Symposium as one of the top 40 future leaders of the Y National Movement. Moore is a proud graduate of Bishop Egan High School and West Chester University. He resides in Newtown with his wife, Amy, and children, Madeline and Zane.

Virginia Doyle, Chief Financial Officer

Virginia Doyle is Chief Financial Officer of YMCA of Bucks County.  Doyle has worked with the Y in Bucks County for over 25 years and has been actively involved in capital expansion projects and the merger of Lower, Central, and Upper Bucks County.  Her education includes an undergraduate degree in Finance, a Master of Science in taxation and MBA in Accounting. Virginia has also managed accounting for Big Brothers / Big Sisters, Head Start in New Jersey and the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pa. and has been honored with accounting  and business awards in the greater Philadelphia area.

Trish Feinthel

Tricia Feinthel, Chief Operations Officer

Joining the Y movement in 1997, and YMCA of Bucks County in 2011, Trish is grateful to serve Bucks County as Chief Operations Officer. Through the Good to Great model of  “disciplined people, thought, action,” Trish is passionate in driving a member-focused culture; leading excellence in operations through valuing, empowering and educating staff stakeholders while protecting our community through strong, proven Risk Management practices. In impacting 60,000 members and participants county-wide, with well over 2,500 visits per day at one of the five membership branches, Trish’s purpose is to align programs, services, facilities and practices county-wide in our HERE FOR YOU branded model of service excellence. Trish holds the highest certification as a YUSA Organizational Leader, is a Listen First Trainer, served on NJ State Alliance as Aquatics Chair, as well as served on the board of AYP (Association of YMCA Professionals) and her local Rotary Club. In 2014, Trish was awarded as one of “Bucks 40 under 40” and has delivered thousands of trainings both locally and nationally regarding staff culture and member service. Trish is a graduate of Rutgers University and shares her home with her husband and their two children, Cooper and June.

Debbie Sontupe, Chief Development Officer

Debbie Sontupe is Chief Development Officer of YMCA of Bucks County. Sontupe brings over 26 years of experience in fundraising, major gifts, board development, communications and nonprofit management in both the non-profit and higher education sectors to her role.   Prior to this position, Sontupe served as a Senior Financial Development Consultant for DAXKO T2 Consulting where she worked with YMCAs across the United States in all aspects of financial development. Previously she’s held leadership positions at Mercy College in NY, Rutgers University, and YMCAs in NJ. She has managed very large campaigns including a $1 billion comprehensive campaign initiative. Debbie earned her Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University and holds a masters of Education from the Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University.

amanda wappes

Amanda Wappes, Chief Marketing Officer

Amanda Wappes is a seasoned leader with 30 years of marketing and communications experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She has provided her expertise in developing strategic marketing plans and promotions, market positioning, branding, communications, public relations, and media management to both local and international organizations. She has spent the past 16 years working within the YMCA movement in a variety of marketing and fundraising roles, joining YMCA of Bucks County in 2015. Since joining YMCA of Bucks County, Wappes has led marketing and communications efforts during the merging of three YMCA organizations into one county-wide YMCA. 

Wappes is the staff lead for the organization's volunteer Marketing & Communications Committee, co-chairs the Diversity, Inclusion and Globalization Committee, and directs a staff team of marketing professionals. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Widener University and resides in Landale, PA with her family.

nicole bandura

Nicole Bandura, Associate Branch Executive

Nicole proudly serves as the regional director of risk management and branch director of the Fairless Hills Branch of YMCA of Bucks County.  She has been with the organization since October, 2014 and has embraced her many roles throughout various departments including aquatics, fitness and membership. Nicole is a certified CPR/AED and first aid instructor through the American Red Cross. While supporting a high standard of safety countywide, Nicole is working closely with leadership on the renovation project for Fairless Hills.  Nicole attended West Chester University and graduated in 2014 with a BS in Exercise Science. Her love for health and fitness and taking care of “you” is what brought her to the Y. She believes in the mission and sense of community that the Y stands for.
