Our Quakertown Branch is conveniently located in Quakertown, PA and provides programs and services for the entire family. The facility has a state-of-the-art fitness center with free weights and cardiovascular equipment, aquatics center wiith lap pool, family pool with waterslide and sauna, group exercise classes, babysitting services, locker rooms for men, women and families and on on-site child care center and summer camp program.

Fitness for Active Older Adults
SS Splash

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. ASHTANGA YOGA

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. While you workout or utilize the facility, your children age 3 months through 6th grade can play and have fun in Stay & Play.

  • Available on a walk-in basis for up to two hours per day
  • FREE to members (children of adult members and youth members)
  • $5 per child drop-in rate for non-members for up to two hours
