Group fitness classes are an important part of your wellness experience at YMCA of Bucks County. At the Y, we offer guidance from certified instructors in a variety classes.
In Doylestown, Fairless Hills and Newtown and Quakertown, group exercise classes are offered in our studios and in our pools, while Warminster offers a variety of group exercise classes in our studios. Group exercise classes in all branches are free to members.

When it comes to weight loss, there is no such thing as One Size Fits All...there is one basic truth however; you need to burn more than you eat. Our KORR Metabolic Analysis will tell you exactly how many calories your body actually burns and how many calories you should eat to lose or maintain your weight. This is a necessary analysis for anyone serious about achieving their weight loss goals. We encourage re-analysis every 4 to 6 months to establish new caloric guidelines to follow.
