Personal Training

Personal training can help you meet your personal fitness goals in a one-on-one or small group environment. Work with any of our great trainers in an individual setting or with a partner. A personal trainer guides you through a mix of cardiovascular, weight training, stretching and resistance training. Sport-specific training is also available.

PT Club
Join the club and get prices that are lower than package prices, receive monthly newsletters and specials throughout the year.

One-On-One Training
7 yrs+ 30, 45 or 60 min | A certified Personal Trainer will guide you through a mix of cardiovascular, weight training, stretching and resistance training. Sport Specific Training is available.

Semi-Private Personal Training
Work with any of our great trainers in a group setting of 2 members. Excellent option for parent and child, spouses, friends and teammates. Training with someone else gives you added support, extra accountability and maximum motivation.


Small Group Training

Small group training is now offered on a session basis. Try something specialized and shake up your normal routine with small group training. Work with a personal trainer in a small group setting and meet your goals quickly.

Here's how:

  1. Pick the class you like
  2. Register online (below) or at the Welcome Center
  3. Attend your weekly group class with a personal trainer

    Holiday Survival Package

    Three-week program includes:

    • Health and Fitness Assessment
    • Three 1-hour personal training sessions
    • Weekly fitness and nutrition accountability

    No only is this package perfect to help you keep off those extra holiday pounds, but it's great for anyone interested in trying out personal training.

Total Body Transformation

TBT is an 8-week program focused on transforming you based on your personal goals. Program includes:

  • weekly check-ins with your personal health coach
  • MyZone belt
  • weekly, group healthy lifestyle meetings held on Tuesdays (12pm) and Wednesdays (6pm)
  • low, flat rate with member rate available

Health Coaching

Looking for advice with food, exercise and overall health along with the accountability needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle? A dedicated health coach will meet with you to discuss proper food choices, how to handle and overcome obstacles with food, recommended exercise. Goal setting included along with check-ins via email. (Doylestown branch only)
