The Y offers a variety running, walking and cycling classes as well as triathlon and specialized race training on a seasonal basis.
Couch to 5KSpring I, Mon 6AM & Sat 10AM
The Couch to 5k is a 10-week program designed to condition your body for running - so instead of giving your body a sudden shock and going out for a 1-mile run, the C25K introcudes you to running gradually, giving you time to adapt and get fit. Nine weeks of training with the 10th week culminating with our annual 5k race.
Program price does not include race registration. 5K race is optional.
