Sports and Leagues for Adults

The Y offers a variety of sports and martial arts programs for adults on a seasonal basis.

Adult Leagues

Whether you miss “suiting up” or are new to team sports, the Y's sports leagues provide a perfect opportunity to be active, social and reconnect or start fresh with a sport you love. Basketball, dodgeball and volleyball are just some of the options available to get you back on the court.  Must be registered prior to start date.

Aikido (age 7+)
Japanese martial art of unarmed self defense uses attacker's force against them; encourages discipline and a nonviolent attitude. Develops rhythmic movement and physical fitness; improves reaction, perception and coordination; promotes strength and suppleness through twisting, bending and stretching movements.
