Family Yoga (all ages)
All ages, with a parent or caregiver (required). Free with family membership. Potential member fees apply if child or parent is not a member. Studio A.
Jump, Run, Tumble Fun (All Ages)
Play on our indoor gymnastic equipment playground. Great place to let out some energy. Parent required to stay with children.
Kids Yoga (6 to 12 yrs)
Focus on learning breathing techniques to help calm and center. Kids also learn poses to help with balance, strength and flexibility.
Obstacle Ninja (3 to 5 yrs)
Parent-Tot Sports & Play Zone (2 to 4 yrs)
Play a different sport each week.Located in Gym B.
Stories & Songs (1 to 5 yrs)
Play for 30 minutes at the Y! Focus is to keep kids active during the after-school hours. Emphasizes activity through sports and active games.
Y Playgroup (all ages)
All Ages | Join us for weekly play time and friendship! We are a group of parents who want to connect with fellow parents while having some fun with the kids. Playgroup is based on member interests and informally led by Y Staff. Time is allotted for getting-to-know-you activities, parenting topics and lots of play!

Advanced Elements of Art (8-14 yrs)
For advanced students. Explore drawing styles and painting skills as well as unique materials, concepts and processes using charcoal, gel pen, ink, paint and more.
Mixed Arts (6-12 yrs)
Learn about artists, techniques, tools and proper care for their art resources while exploring 3D art, recycled art, acrylic and watercolor painting, crafting, and more.
Paper Arts (8-14)
Learn the art of paper folding and various techniques in origami. Basic folds and the classic paper crane, transform plain paper into useful designs like gift tags, bookmarks, boxes and more.
Parent/Toddler Art Studio (18 mo-3 yrs)
Enhance fine motor skill and understanding of shapes and colors using simple arts and crafts supplies. New projects are introduced each session. Parent/Toddler

Explore fun crafts using household and recycled items. New projects are introduced each session.
