Children and adults are provided opportunities to develop dance skills in a fun and creative environment. Classes offered by session change on a seasonal basis.

Dance with Me - Parent/Child (2 to 4 yrs)
Dance and enjoy the music with our Dance with Me class. In this class we will learn to dance together and most importantly have fun!
Gym Kids - Parent/Child Classes (2 to 4 yrs)
Come jump run tumble and play on our gymnastics equipment and learn the basic of Basketball.
Musical Munchkins (1 to 3 yrs) - Parent/Child
Come explore the wonders of music through instruments and song.
Sole Golf Academy Youth Classes
Tumbling Together - Parent/Child Class (2 to 4 yrs)
Come learn and explore the basics of Tumbling and Gymnastics. Children will learn basic skills that will help them grow in the sport.
Adult Ballet (18 yrs+)
Missing the fun of dance or just want to learn a new skill? Come join our new Adult Dance program! Practice working on skills that include barre combinations, flexibility and choreography. Located in Studio C/D.
Adult Tap (18 yrs+)
Missing the fun of dance or just want to learn a new skill? Come join our new Adult Dance program! Practice working on skills that include rhythm, coordination and balance through isolated steps and combinations. | Located in the Teen Center
Ballet/Jazz (7 to 10 yrs)
Bollywood Dance (8 to 12 yrs)
Intro to Ballet/Tap (3 to 4 yrs)
Intro to Jazz/Tap (4 to 6 yrs)
Learn Jazz and Hip Hop steps and combinations to today's top hits. Work on flexibility, coordination and balance. | Located in the Teen Center.
Modern/Ballet (6 to 8 yrs)
Move through a variety of circuits to increase your heart rate and cardio levels. Physically challenging but highly fun! Located in Gym B
There's nothing more thrilling than a game of dodgeball! Play with friends and make new ones while having a blast!
Family Yoga (all ages)
All ages, with a parent or caregiver (required). Free with family membership. Potential member fees apply if child or parent is not a member. Studio A.
Jump, Run, Tumble Fun (All Ages)
Play on our indoor gymnastic equipment playground. Great place to let out some energy. Parent required to stay with children.
Kids Yoga (6 to 12 yrs)
Focus on learning breathing techniques to help calm and center. Kids also learn poses to help with balance, strength and flexibility.
Obstacle Ninja (3 to 5 yrs)
Parent-Tot Sports & Play Zone (2 to 4 yrs)
Play a different sport each week.Located in Gym B.
Stories & Songs (1 to 5 yrs)
Play for 30 minutes at the Y! Focus is to keep kids active during the after-school hours. Emphasizes activity through sports and active games.
A time for young soccer players to hone their skills through game play. Games are facilitated by YMCA staff.

Performing & Visual Arts (3-12 yrs)
Basic foundations of ballet, ballet movements and positions with fun warm-ups and games.
Performance Dance Class
A 12-week dance class learning themed routines with a culminating dance recital scheduled.
Warm up to fun songs to get moving...then explore basic ballet movements and positions through fun exercises, activities, and creative play.
Preschool Jazz/Hip Hop
Fun, high energy class to get moving and grooving. Learn to count music and jam to the beat, includes warm ups, stretching, and basic dance technique.
