Youth Sports and Leagues

The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. And the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning a sport or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Interested in being a volunteer coach?

Coaches receive a $20 discountoff their child's registration fee. (Family cap of $300.) Registration my be completed at the Welcome Center to receive discount.

Participants learn basics of tennis and improve hand-eye coordination through different drills and games structured for younger ages. Players must bring their own tennis racquet to class.

We All Wheel
A staff led, recreational youth wheelchair basketball program that includes drills, practice and games. A program where children with lower-body-extremity disabilities can play wheelchair basketball with their able-bodied peers.Games are played on half court with a basketball net height of 8.5 feet. Numotion Motivation Multisport wheelchairs are provided. Members FREE

Play for 30 minutes at the Y! Focus is to keep kids active during the after-school hours. Emphasizes activity through sports and active games.

All Ages | Join us for weekly play time and friendship!  We are a group of parents who want to connect with fellow parents while having some fun with the kids. Playgroup is based on member interests and informally led by Y Staff. Time is allotted for getting-to-know-you activities, parenting topics and lots of play!

Spin (9-15 yrs)
Children will enjoy this fast-paced cardio workout using the spinning bikes while increasing endurance. Fundamentals of cycling will be taught including how to set up the bikes. Riders must be 5’ feet or taller to enroll due to the bike height restrictions. There are only 13 bikes, so it is first come, first serve
