Financial Assistance

We are pleased to offer assistance to those who need a hand up. New applicants should submit a completed Financial Assistance Application along with support documentation to the Welcome Center by May 1, 2020. Applications can be found at the Welcome Center or at ymcabucks.org. Allow three weeks for processing. If you already have a current Financial Assistance Contract, please submit your camp registration packet to the Welcome Center, for camps needed for the entire summer,by May 15, 2020.

Introducing our camp pre-payment plan!

Perfect for families who wish for smaller camp payments over an extended period of time, to be paid in full by the start of camp. To enroll, simply select the box which reads "I am interested in a camp pre-payment plan" on the cover sheet of your registration packet, and one of our camp specialists will contact you.

Please note, payment schedule will be a drafted, set amount, based upon the amount of weeks leading up to camp as well as the selection of camp programs.

TWO CONVENIENT WAYS TO REGISTER

Register for any of our camp programs online or in-person:

Register online

  1. Click below to select the program(s) of your choice.
  2. Login to your account or create an online login. Important: if you already have a membership account, please login to that youth, teen or family account. Do not create a new account. Still having trouble? Read our "online login instructions" HERE.
  3. Pay the non-refundable deposits ($25/camp; $25/specialty camp) and answer other applicable questions.
  4. Within one week of online registration, print registration paperwork packet and return it to Welcome Center for review with one of our Member Engagement Representatives.
  5. Read the Central Buck Region Parent Handbook
  6. Read camp emails which contain important information about camp. I understand that should I unsubscribe to these emails that I will not receive this information.

In-person at the Y

  1. Complete camp registration packet and camp selection grid at home or at Welcome Center
  2. Give packet to Member Engagement Representative at the Welcome Center who will review to ensure it is complete
  3. Pay non-refundable deposits ($25/camp; $25/specialty camp)
  4. Setup future payment method of Weekly Credit Card/Bank Draft or Pay in full.
  5. Read Central Bucks Region Parent Handbook
  6. Read camp emails which contain important information about camp. I understand that should I unsubscribe to these emails that I will not receive this information.

 Required Immunization Forms must be turned into camp staff prior to your child's first day of camp.
