We have applied and received approval from DHS (Department of Human Services) to host temporary child care in response to COVID-19 for youth, grades Kindergarten - 6th. This child care program is solely dedicated to serve our medical professionals, essential staff and first responders (click for full list from PA Dept of Health website). Child Care Coverage for medical professionals, essential employees and first responders

YMCA of Bucks County is offering child care for medical professionals, essential employees and first responders. Available to members and nonmembers for youth in grades K-6th grade.

What to Bring

Laptop/Tablet-Students will bring their laptop/tablets and resources needed for their learning. Staff will help them complete their online learning assignments.

Snacks & Lunch- Children should arrive with packed snacks and lunch in a self-contained lunch box that is kept cool and a refillable water bottle.

Sneakers and active wear. Come ready to move!

Safety & Health Precautions

Our ratio for this program will be 1 instructor to 5 children. All children and adults will be screened for fever at drop off each day. Facilities will be cleaned throughout the program and upon closure. Social distancing practices will occur at all times. Handwashing will occur continually throughout the day. Also, in following CDC guidelines: Please do not enroll or bring your child if any member of the household has a fever or signs and symptoms of flu, severe cold or other illness including vomiting or chills and/or if any member of the household has traveled to a high risk country within 14 days. Any child with a cough (regardless of fever) will not be accepted into the program.
