TEEN HEALTH & WELLNESS
Teens are able to participate in most of the Health and Wellness offerings at YMCA of Bucks County! In addition, special classes, seasonal fitness programs and sports are offered just for them!
Teen Strength Orientation
YMCA of Bucks County fitness centers are open to all members ages 12+. In properly orienting our teen members to the rules and how to safely use the equipment, teens/tweens age 12-14 must complete the new virtual Teen Strength Orientation prior to accessing the Fitness Centers.
- Read Teen Strength Orientation Guide and view the equipment orientation video.
- Take: Teen Strength Quiz and capture text results to show proof of completion at Welcome Center.
- Download the YMCA of Bucks County app review WORKOUTS to adult/teen cardio workout (hit start/once completed, choose Teen Total Body Strength Workout for helpful training videos.
- Use MindBody app or software to reserve open gym time and open/lap swim time. <REGISTRATION LINKS>
GROUP EXERCISE

Personal, Partner and Team Training
Fitness training will help you to create sustainable lifestyle changes to meet your personal health and wellness goals. Get the expertise from any of our experienced and dedicated trainers who will design a program backed by science and delivered with passion for a stronger and healthier you. Now offering even more program options! Meet with a trainer one-on-one, with a partner, or in a team setting of 3 to 5 participants, outdoors or indoors at any of our branch locations or virtually anywhere you are! Open Gym
Register in MindBody to reserve both pool and gymnasium time. Reservations become available 7 days prior to the date of the time slot. <REGISTER HERE>
*Please note that while coronavirus safety protocols are in place, facility access will be limited to age 13+ with age 12 permitted when accompanied by a parent or guardian to supervise during visit.
