ARC Babysitter Training & Pediatric First Aid/CPR (11-15 yrs)
Babysitter Training (11 to 14 yrs)
Learn essential babysitting skills. Curriculum includes babysitting as a business, behavior management and first aid skills. Certification through Safe-Sitter.
Athletic Development Training (12 to 17 yrs)
PreTeen Nights (Grades 4 to 6)
Teen Center, Swimming, Gymnasium. Parents must sign participants in & out.
Y Achievers (Grades 7 to 9)
Aikido (9 yrs+)
Japanese martial art of unarmed self defense uses attacker's force against them; encourages discipline and a nonviolent attitude. Develops rhythmic movement and physical fitness; improves reaction, perception and coordination; promotes strength and suppleness through twisting, bending and stretching movements.

Preteen Nights (grade 4, 5, 6)
Teen Strength & Fitness Orientation (12-14 yrs)
Newly revamped curriculum that includes a thorough two hour class focusing on safety, healthy exercise, smart goal setting and equipment instruction. Taught by trained coaches, teen will learn the basics of exercise and strength workouts as will as safety rules while working out in our Fitness Center
Children will participate in all sorts of group activities and games while riding on scooters!
Pick Up Sports (10 - 14 YRS)
Let’s pick teams and play some of our favorite sports in scrimmage form. Each week there will be a different sport that they will scrimmage each other in.
Tumble with Me
This class introduces young ones to concentrate on balance, coordination, basic locomotor and social skills. This is a parent participation class and parents must remain with their child at all times. We ask parents to support and encourage their child.
