Our virtual wellness platform celebrates a brand new engagement experience providing over 130 live classes per week, and 100s of classes on-demand led by over 70 nurturing and motivating YMCA instructors from more than 50 YMCA associations. The weekly live classes include choices such as cycling, tai chi, dance jam, cardio sculpt, bootcamp and more. Plus, 30 senior classes per week such as Zumba Gold®, Stretch & Balance, SilverSneakers® Circuit, seated fitness and more!
Exercising together keeps you accountable and having fun! Whether you’ve been doing group fitness for years or are ready to try your first class, we have a class for you. Plus, group exercise classes are free with membership!
The Y offers a place for active older adults to participate in activities and fitness programs. Members may choose to participate in programs provided to all ages or those specially designed for seniors with less mobility.
