Hoist MotionCage "Meet the Expert" events scheduled

As part of the expansion of the Doylestown branch, the NEW Hoist MotionCage and Torque Dual Sided X-Create have arrived! The Hoist MotionCage is a series of functional training system exercise stations and a great way to add variety to your workout!Three "Meet the Expert" days/times have been scheduled to teach members how to get the most out of this new equipment:

Interested members are encouraged to visit the branch during these time frames to speak directly with our fitness vendor who will provide instruction, modifications and demonstrations on the equipment.
