The branch located in Doylestown, just outside Doylestown Borough, features an aquatics center with six-lane, 25-meter competition pool and waterpark pool with water slide and hot tub. The Y has a full-size gymnasium, fitness center with weight rooms, four group fitness studios, including a spin studio with 32 Stages spin bikes available for various programming, sauna, skatepark, babysitting services, off site child care center.
Free to member programs include a robust
schedule of group fitness classes including yoga, pilates and more.

Tai Chi is a Chinese movement art and a class where muscles are strengthened, blood circulation regulated, spirit stimulated and body refreshed. Program promotes balance, digestion and increase internal energy. Pilates is a progressive series of floor exercises and standing postures to enhance and develop flexibility strength and balance. Chair must be used and movements demonstrated at a slower pace and with more modifications.

Stage 1 Water Acclimation- Parent/Child Swim Classes (3 to 5 yrs)
Kids learn safe water habits, underwater exploration, how to swim to safety and exit the water. Lessons are a mix of activities, games and drills. Preschoolers develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. Students work on stroke technique and learn all major competitive strokes. The emphasis on water safety continues through treading water and sidestroke. Students learn butterfly while continuing to develop endurance while refining breaststroke, back and front crawl and diving. Our Dolphins Swim Team is a YMCA and USA Swimming sanctioned team with a
mission to develop good swimmers and great kids. Our swimmers achieve success at all levels of competition. We provide the foundation for our athletes to excel based on their talent, skills, and level of commitment.

While you workout or utilize the facility, your children age 3 months
