CURRENT APP CHALLENGE:Bucks County Strong 5K Readiness Challenge
Opt into the challenge via our app and each day participants will receive a push notification of an exercise action that needs to be completed that day (rest, run, cross training, etc). As race day approaches (May 9-17), the daily push will be geared towards encouragement around running and recording the 5K.
* Participants must have push notifications enabled to get the most out of this readiness challenge.

All of our group exericse schedules are linked within our app. View only the schedules at your branch or click "search by location" to view schedules at other branches.
Schedules for other parts of the building including lap swim, recreational swim and gymnasium can be found here.
App rewards is a great way to keep yourself motivated and using the app for your workouts and challenges. Earn points for setting your own goal or participating in our app challenges. It's fun and easy.

New to the machines? We've created a series of training plans with animations designed to teach you the basics of each of our machines, conveniently located on our app.
Note: In properly orienting children to the rules and proper use of equipment, teens/tweens age 12-14 must complete two YMCA training plans aimed at orienting them to proper use of equipment and fitness. Programs are conveniently located on our app

- Select "See All" next to "Top Picks:" Adult/ Teen Cardio, Adult Total Body Strength, Teen Strength or any of the other great workouts listed
- Press start.
