Now offering even more program options to not only fit your body but also lifestyle and budget.  Meet with a trainer one-on-one, with a partner, or in a team setting of 3 to 5 participants, outdoors or indoors at any of our branch locations or virtually anywhere you are!

NEW Virtual Training

No matter where you are you no longer need to worry about missing a session.  Your trainer will meet with you over a virtual platform that works for you, offering more scheduling flexibility than ever!

FITNESS TRAINING OFFERINGS

Personal Training Club

Personal Training Club is offered to members only and is our best value for personal training.  You can sign up to train 1, 2, or 3 times a week for 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions, so there is a package for everyone!  Club prices are lower than regular package prices and the monthly draft automatically comes out at the beginning of each month.  Clients may carry over one (1) session per month, if needed, and there is a 3 month minimum commitment.  Join the club! <CLICK HERE>

One-On-One Training

Personal training gives you the one-on-one accountability and support you need while using scientific, evidence based training techniques to remove the guesswork and help you see results.  A certified Personal Trainer will work with you to create and guide you through a program designed specifically for you and your fitness goals.  Our programs are not one size fits all but rather we intentionally pair the trainer and their expertise to match our clients, whether you are looking to improve your body composition, increase your flexibility and mobility, improve your balance and stability, increase strength, or work on sports specific training, we have a trainer for you! <CLICK HERE>

Partner Training

Training side-by-side with a partner helps keep you motivated, gives you added support, can help you enjoy your workouts more, is more affordable than training alone, and studies have even shown that you can burn more calories by adding a competitive edge to your workout!  Partner Training is an excellent option for friends, spouses, parent and child and teammates and our experienced personal trainers will keep you on target and take your workouts to the next level! <CLICK HERE>

Team Training

There is no better way to stay motivated than in a team setting.  Work with a group of three to five+ participants and receive the personalized attention and expertise of a fitness professional and the motivation and accountability of being in a group all at the same time! Perfect for neighbors, friends, school teams, etc. Teams will also be created by Y professional staff.   Team training gives you the greatest price value in personal training savings where the cost of training is shared! <CLICK HERE>

Team Training
TEAMS NOW FORMING!

Team Training will begin Monday, October 25, 2021 and will run for 5 weeks.  In order for teams to run there needs to be at least 3 team members signed up with the final price depending on the size of the team.  Please see teams forming for fall 2021 and pricing grid below:

  • Functional Circuit Training with Carrene, Tuesdays, 10:15 - 11AM.  This team will meet in the Y Synergy Space.  This is a circuit-style conditioning workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, stability, and power.  Participants should have a base level of fitness.
  • Boot Camp with Holly, Wednesdays & Fridays, 6 - 7AM.  This team will meet in the Y Synergy Space.  This is a circuit-style workout with a focus on muscular endurance and power.  Participants should have a base level of fitness and understanding of bodyweight exercises.
  • Boot Camp with Matt, Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30PM.  This team will meet outside, weather permitting.  This is a boot camp-style conditioning workout designed for anyone who wants to work hard and improve their overall fitness.
Warminster  <Warminster Training Pricing Flyer>
  • Functional Circuit Training Foundations with Holly, Mondays & Wednesdays at 9AM.  This team will meet in the Y Synergy Space.  This is a circuit-style workout designed for participants who are newer to functional training.  Training goals will include how to execute the movements properly and safely while increasing strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and power.
Quakertown <Quakertown Training Pricing Flyer>
  • Women and Weight Training with Erin, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10 - 10:45AM.  This team will meet in the Wellness Center.  This team is designed for women who are either just getting started with weight training or have not trained recently and are looking to get back into a strength training routine.
