Fitness Center Orientation
New to using the equipment in the Fitness Center? We’ve created a video tutorial found here to help acclimate you to the equipment that is available for you.
We’ve also created a series of training plans with animations designed to teach you the basics of each of our machines, conveniently located on our app.
- Download/visit app “YMCA BUCKS COUNTY”
- Tap WORKOUTS
- Select “See All” next to “Top Picks” and choose any of the great workouts listed such as Adult/Teen Cardio Workout, Adult Total Body Strength Workout, Teen Total Body Strength and more!
- Press the blue Start button and receive guidance on which exercises to perform and track your reps/time, sets, and weight used strength equipment and on the new digital workout cards!
Teen Strength Orientation
Our fitness centers are open to anyone ages 12+. In properly orienting our teen members to the rules and how to safely use the equipment, teens/tweens age 12-14 must complete the new virtual Teen Strength Orientation prior to accessing the Fitness Centers. Learn more HERE.
